If you wish to move out, please follow these steps for an easy process:

• Please provide a 10-day notice, if possible. You can do this by TEXTING or call us at 248-860-6188.
• Empty your unit of ALL valuables, belongings,  and litter. We appreciate you leaving the unit broom swept.
• Remove your lock.
• Take a picture (show unit number) of the unit and TEXT it to us at 248-860-6188 with your full name, unit #, and move-out date.
• Once all of the above requirements have been completed, you will be notified by text and/or email that we have closed your account with us.
